Spiritual sojourner . . .

May today there be peace within. 
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be. 
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith. 
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love
   that has been given to you. 
May you be content knowing you are a child of God.

My approach to spiritual direction involves bringing my education and experiences into the sacred space. 
More than that, however, my approach involves meeting you where you are in your spiritual journey. 

There are a number of tools I have found useful with spiritual direction, not the least of which is Holy listening. 
Other invitations utilized for discernment include :  Storytelling (oral tradition & spiritual autobiography), 
Prayer (centering, welcoming), Lectio Divina, Labyrinth, Journaling, and Honoring Nature.
