I embrace a holistic approach to spiritual direction, believing that the wellbeing of the spiritual, social,
psychological, and physical being is interconnected.   

There are a number of tools I have found useful with individual therapy, marital counseling, and group support - not the least of which is Holy listening. 
Other invitations utilized for discernment include :  Connecting with self and others through Mindfulness, DreamWork, Enneagram, Journaling, Meditations, and Prepare-Enrich premarital, marital, or marriage-in-distress counseling
